Il Luogo

The Museo Pino Pascali was set up in 1998 after a huge collection of works of art and memorabilia by the artist Pino Pascali were donated by his family. In 2010, the Museum was converted into a Foundation and moved to a former slaughterhouse in Polignano a Mare.
Fondazione Museo Pino Pascali is the only museum in Apulia specifically dedicated to contemporary art and, apart from its founding base, it also displays the works of the most important Apulian artists as well as the works of the artists who have won the Premio Pino Pascali. Educational activities for schools are organized as well.
