StudioMDT

StudioMDT was founded in 2005, in Prato in collaboration with the artists Raffaele Di Vaia, Franco Menicagli and Stefano Tondo.
This Independent space is housed in a former textile laboratory and serves both as a place of artistic production shared by the three founders, and as a meeting and exchange place, to host exhibitions as well as contemporary art and cultural events.
StudioMDT has come into contact with other non-profit and self-managed realities, whether Italian or international. Since 2016, it takes part in the project .CON – Contemporaneo Condiviso, a network of Independent spaces dedicated to contemporary art in Prato. In 2017, the space was included in the project THE INDEPENDENT managed by the MAXXI in Rome.
