Guilmi Art Project, which is located in a large house, in the center of a small village in the Sinello valley, is an artistic residence by invitation, on an annual basis, which has been operating since 2007. At the same time, Guilmi Art Project also promotes workshops and educational initiatives , walks and, in 2013, inaugurated the Nuova Didattica Popolare: lessons on contemporary art and current affairs in the square.
