Fondazione Pastificio Cerere

Fondazione Pastificio Cerere was founded in 2004 to promote and disseminate contemporary art. Since 2005, it has been housed in the former pasta factory Cerere, which is an important example of Roman industrial archaeology of the early twentieth century.
The Pastificio Cerere has already been an art centre during the 1970s, when various artists had chosen this place as an unusual and unofficial exhibition venue.
Fondazione Pastificio Cerere organizes scholarships for residencies dedicated to young artists, activities for schools of all types and levels, and offers a rich programme of exhibitions and events focused on themes concerning education and experimentation.
