Fondazione Michetti since 2006 collects more than 260 artworks that represent the history of this Venue from 1947, when the Premio Nazionale di pittura F. P. Michetti was first created, to today.
The Premio F.P. Michetti, originally thought as a recognition for paintings, today explores even the most recent techniques: photography, videos, sculpture and installations.
Apart from monographic exhibitions on Michetti, the Museum proposes conventions, cultural meetings and several contemporary art exhibitions.
