Fondazione Castelpergine was initially created in 2018 with the aim of protecting and promoting the medieval castle of Pergine.
Aside from being an important historical site encompassing a fortified complex and a big park, in a protected nature reserve, the Pergine Castle hosts several exhibitions of site-specific sculptures every year: the works on display are directly connected to the historical architecture of the castle and the surrounding nature. Moreover, the Foundation organizes theatre and music events particularly focused on the experimentation on the relationship between art and new technologies.
