Il Luogo

Centro Luigi Di Sarro, a documentation centre for contemporary art research, was founded in 1981 by the will of the family of the artist Luigi di Sarro.
The Centre is focused on the new frontiers of artistic experimentation, with a particular eye for new generation artists. To this end, it has launched the ARP – Art Residency Project, aiming to promote artistic exchanges and residencies abroad.
This Association offers the public the archive of works and documents of the artist Luigi Di Sarro as well as the collection of over 300 works, including sculptures, drawings and paintings, donated by artists who have collaborated with the Centre over the years. The Association periodically organizes meetings, debates and exhibitions, so as to investigate the artistic landscape of the last few decades.
