The TAM – Tower Art Museum is a private contemporary art museum, open to the public since December 2022. It is divided into two locations: the ticket office, bookshop, and part of the exhibition route are accessible from Via Ridola 13, while the main exhibition spaces can be reached from Via Gradelle Pennino 9. The exhibition area is housed within the spaces of Torre del Capone, a medieval building in the Sasso Caveoso, the last surviving element of the city’s defensive system. TAM is a center for contemporary artistic production and organizes temporary exhibitions involving national and international artists, performers, designers, and musicians. Over time, its collection has been built through the acquisition of works presented in these exhibitions. The TAM also hosts events, conferences, artist residencies, meetings, and discussions focused on artistic and cultural experiences.
