The Venue
Istituto Centrale per la Grafica was founded in 1975, from the fusion between the Calcografia Nazionale, created by the State of the Church, and the Gabinetto Nazionale delle Stampe.
Istituto Centrale per la Grafica is one of the most important international centre of conservation, study and research on art multiples, which can be visited by appointment. Furthermore, this Venue hosts an heritage of drawings, printings, engravings, photographies, artist videos and multimedia works of the utmost importance as far as quality and quantity are concerned. The Istituto periodically organizes events and exibitions on contemporary graphics and photography, where works from their own collections are also included.
