The Venue
Civico Museo d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in Anticoli Corrado hosts sketches, paintings, sculptures and prints from within the period between the end of the nineteenth century and the 1970s.
This Museum, housed in the Palazzetto Brancaccio, was founded in 1935, after several works of art (purposely created) were donated by some of the most important artists of the Novecento italiano. The aim of this musem was to celebrate the town in which it was established, which has been recognised as the town of artists since the nineteenth century, thanks to many intellectuals and painters who lived there during the Grand Tour.
