The Venue
The project, curated by Barbara Reggio, consists of two parts that interpret the pedestrian passageway of via Guglielmo Marconi as metaphor of a spiritual journey. The first element creates a dialogue between two distant places and temporalities, it is a video projection of people walking in the passageway, superimposed on a wall painting depicting the Scala Santa of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano in Rome. The second element, titled Le mura e le porte, consists of four prints, installed on the side walls of the passageway and represents the medieval walls of Viterbo. The project was realized in the frame of Arte sui Cammini.
