The Venue
The work is part of the project conceived by the American artist for the concept store 10 Corso Como. The sculpture is made of steel sheets, it indicates the entrance and became immediately its symbol. The work was created for the place where it is installed. The artist was involved in shaping this place, inviting artists, designers and architects to make unique furnishing pieces.
Opened in 1990 as a gallery for photography, art and design, by initiative of Carla Sozzani, this space has now become the epicenter of a global phenomenon (Milan, Seoul, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei) that connects art, fashion, culture, design, music and food, in a careful selection of quality and beauty.
