The Venue
Galleria Comunale d’Arte Contemporanea di Arezzo was founded in 1962, thanks to the works of art acquired by the City through the Premio Arezzo. The collection consists of paintings and graphic works from the second half of the 20th century, made by Tuscan artists, as well as emerging and established Italian artists in general.
The Galleria Comunale d’Arte Contemporanea has been housed in the former Chiavi d’Oro hotel since 2003, and hosts exhibitions dedicated in particular to local contemporary art.
