The Venue
Circolo Scandinavo was established in 1860 to favour the knowledge and diffusion of the Nordic countries’ culture at an international level.
Circolo Scandinavo organizes a programme of artists’ residencies in the fields of literature, visual and scenic art, cinematography and dance, for artists from Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Finland, Faroe Islands, Greenland and Aland Islands.
In order to encourage dialogues and interactions between Nordic and Italian cultures, this Association organizes events to promote the works made by the artists during their residencies.
